Just before we get ready for the summer-break, the Dancehall X-Plosion to a new location. We stay in the city center of Bayreuth and enter the "Suite Club". Doing this, we want to say THANKS and "Big Up!" to our man Philipp Egger, who organized the Dancehall X-Plosion the last to years. From now on we work together with one the number one party tems in town, "Ivi & Ice". The "Suite" is perfect for our new way of "back to the rudez". It´s gonna be maaaad!!!

Furthermore our artist and MC Rojah Phad Full is about to launch his album he recorded with Freiburg based DJ Slonesta called "Wer zum ?!" ("Who the !?"). It´s gonna be released via Rootdown Records and will even be available at your next-door Kebab-dealer. Check the megamix by KLICKING.

Vybez Kartel enters the Billboard Charts, one oft he biggest Reggae Festivals in the world takes place in Italy, German artists release their albums in Japan and Jamaican artists that are freneticly celebrated in Africa show what is at least nothing new: Reggae ´n Dancehall a international ting!
That´s why this musical journey goes to Westafrica, or to be more precisely into the Trotros of the „Golden Coast“ Ghana. Like on Jamaica the sound that comes from the speakers of the wobbly mini buses is what is trendy right now (as long as it is no radio preacher you may listen to).
Inspired of what he heard there Hurricane´s MC E.N.S. remembered his time as a DJ back in the days and made a 60 minute mix that shows how fresh the sound of Westafrica is. The focus lies on artists from Ghana and Nigeria and the mix delivers phat beats straight. New stuff can be found on this as well as songs like D Banj´s „Fall In Love“ or „Angelina“ by Praye, that already have airplay on radiostations like YMF for a while (sometimes even three times in a row in full length…).

Our MC Rojah Phad Full dropped his second single. The tune is called "Kritik X" and is voiced on a remake of the famous Sleng Teng Riddim, produced by Weedy G Productions. The song is available on mp3.soundquake.com, MP3.de, Musicload.de and all the other usual suspects.

We just upped a new video on our youtube-channel. Mad Cobra´s "Hungry Dawgs" is a peer big tune though it´s nothing for the dancefloor.
Our MC Rojah just entered the TOP 20 of the German Reggae Charts. Furthermore he will play on the Splash! festival, Germany´s #1 festival concerning hiphop. He will be on stage together with Ronny Trettmann and Ward21.
